Was skeptical at first because it takes a few minutes to heat up, but once it does it moves a great volume of hot/warm air. Very happy with this purchase, Follow the instructions for cool down so the unit doesn't overheat when turned off. This means switch to fan only for 2 minutes and turn the thermostat to minimum.

I ordered the heater, realised after that my old address was on it. Thre was no otion to confirm the address before ordering. So i cancelled and reordered after updating the delivery address. All this within 10 minutes.Now the cancellation hasn't gone through. What a mess. I have 2 heaters coming tti 2 different addresses. Surely the cancellation child's have been made, this must happen all the time. How do i return the wrong one? Cat
