My 4 year old and 10 month old cant fet out without assistance. There is plenty of room for several small kids and toys. Very durable and safe.

I'm in love with this gym mat! Our little one is 6 month old and we wanted to add additional mat for protection and we found a perfect match. Super thick material, yet light weight and the color is absolutely amazing. Detailed reviews: 1. Quality: thick material and high quality synthetic leather. Our baby still cannot sit independently so it is very important for us to ensure safety if she falls. This mat as you can see is much thicker than the other play mats that we have. ( and those are still thick play mats) 2. Color: absolutely beautiful color. Very elegant and definitely looks better than the picture. 3. Foldable: we use it during the day and fold it up at night. You could easily leave it as is but we like the added advantage that we can clean the carpet underneath every night (actually our Roomba does). It makes it very convenient to store. 4. Waterproof & non-toxic material: makes it easy to clean any mess! So far, I'm very satisfied with this mat and hope other babies our there will enjoy this mat as much as my little one.

Now I have my second kid (4 months old) and he is a boy, I got this mat which is thicker. I've been using for the last 2 months and we are loving it. Very cushy. On top of that, whenever we have guest coming to our house, I just simply fold and store at the corner. I just don't want my guests to step on what my baby plays. This folding mat makes the cleaning easy too. Highly recommend for anyone with baby and who likes to keep the mat clean. :)
