Totally recommend this product 100%. Was extremely helpful after a total hip replacement surgery. Didn’t need extra outside help plus less stress on my other half.

I recently had a knee injury and this was a great purchase not only for using in the shower, but for using to sit outside at a perfect height to not have to place too much strain on my injury. It's very sturdy and the padded arms are a great feature to make you feel safer when getting up. Have recently loaned my first purchase to an elderly friend visiting and she was so impressed with it, I have gifted it to her to take home with her so have just purchased another one.

Unit arrived well boxed , Very easy to set up and use, my wife and i were impressed with the overall finish of it. However a couple of small gripes!. First there is no way of shutting off the water flow, if you are in a shower cubicle,( no on-off on the shower rose), second gripe, cheap plastic fittings on the shower hose, 1fitting was in 2 pieces but was easily fixed with super glue, very minor gripes. Great product, easy to assemble with clear diagrams in the instruction book. Very stable in the shower, easy to clean and drain off (no water traps inside it). Would definitely recommend.

Excellent bidet seat , quick delivery, and easy fit. Could not be happier with our choice. Will save long queues & disappointment when trying to purchase toilet paper. Probably never go back to paper again.
