Needed some lights for my grill patio and after trying a string of solar with no success I decided to give these a go. Glad I did, these things are amazing! If you're looking for just dim ambience, then you'll want a dimmer. I wanted to be able to cook in the dark and I can with these. No spotlights or magnetic grill lights needed. This string is very heavy duty, very cost effective using low power and easy to hang as each light drop has a hanging loop on it. Very convenient and easy. 100% happy with these!
