Works well in full sun. Will work fully on cloudy day if it is warm. I am using for bird fountain. Keeps water circulating and cool and fresh.

We don't have town water at our home and when our old(expensive)pump started to break down from old age we bought this little beauty. It supplies good pressure to all tap outlets even though the pump is about 15 metres from the house. It is quiet and efficient, needed no priming and easy to install. It's at least $300 cheaper than the pump offered from our local pump supplier / dealer. It has been operating for more than a month now without missing a beat. The solar powered air pump is fantastic, it does what it supposed to and it arrived very quickly. The fish are a lot happier and I have not lost any since I set it up, Very happy and so are the fish. Thankyou very much.

After reading other reviews I understood this to be a small pump, which is exactly what I was looking for. My fish are happy and so am I much less algae to worry about. So relaxing listening to the water from my awesome pump.

Works nicely in a trough, good for goldfish

We bought the solar power fountain and have been really happy with it. Just disappointed that our pond has too much shade be we move the solar to get as much sun as we can. We were surprised with the very quick delivery.
