I bought this massage chair for my wife because, after shoulder/neck dissection surgery a year ago, she is in constant pain after they had to remove a bit of the nerve, and she has limited use of her arm. Using this chair has made life a little easier for her now, gives a bit of relief for a while after use. The neck massage's are great! All it needs now is an arm that comes around and does from her ear, down across her shoulder, down her arm and into her armpit, the other areas affected by having the second or third largest nerve in the body butchered.

We have this machine now for about two months and it works really well. My only issues is that the booklet with it does not contain proper instructions or information on what each setting does. We have had to try all the settings to find the ones that work best for us. The booklet only really talks about the benefits of the machine and not about how to use it. But it works all the same and we are using it about 2-3 times per week.
