Impressed with the output of heat from both the low and high settings, no noise and acts as a light when setting is on high.

What a great heater comes on instantly so warm love it, only thing is i can't work out the four heat settings and the timer.

Very nice electric heater. The flames and logs look realistic. The size is perfect for a portable heater so I can have a "fireplace" in whichever room I choose. I love that it can be used with or without heat so it can be used all year round just for ambiance. This is a great alternative to using my real fireplace because I don't have to waste gas for hours and it just doesn't get that cold where I live in Sydney that often.

We moved into our house and really enjoyed it except we missed our fireplace. We purchased this electric fireplace, received it in great condition and my husband had the legs on it in about 15 minutes, plugged it in and had a glowing “fire” in seconds. It produces good heat from the bottom of the unit and keeps our feet warm! I recommend it as you can also put items on top of this unit (like a diffuser for your oils) without the top getting hot.

I love this fireplace so, so much. It's not even funny. I'm sitting here right now, typing this review, bathed in blissful warmth from its glowing fake embers (hiding the electric heater). This thing is a lifesaver, putting out enough heat to warm my home office or our master bedroom. Ok, granted, our house isn't huge, and the rooms are on the small side, but if you just want to heat part of the house (say, if your central heating system is incredibly noisy and inefficient), this is perfect. Everything works. The heat is nice and strong, and can put out more heat than we need (winter temperatures around here rarely dip below 40). The heater works. The fan works. The door works. The fake flames work. The knobs work. It sits perfectly level. The only sound it makes is the soft, soothing white noise of the fan blowing the heated air out. It's worked perfectly for me for over a month now. I honestly can't say enough good things about it, and it's one of the best purchases I've made in a lon g time. I'm going to buy a second one to put in the bedroom, and keep this one in my home office all winter.
