Very fast shipping and delivery. This is my first massage chair and I am impressed, would buy again. Takes a little time experimenting with all the menu options ( and there are many) as the manual, which came with the chair, is only a brief summary.

Chair is great but wasn't happy that tge delivery guy just dumped it in my driveway. He didn't knock on the door, if I didn't hear the loud noise I would have missed him. He wouldn't help bring it into my house, just dumped it and left. Very disappointing seeing tge amount I paid for postage.
