Absolutely delighted with this item! (I have named him "Sven"). Received only two weeks after ordering. Have wanted a chair like this for years, but always thought they were way out of my price range. Loving my nightly massages after a hard day at work. My only negative comment would be that there were very limited assembly and usage instructions included (had to Google a few videos to get it right). Otherwise would highly recommend this item. Already one of my friends has purchased one after me raving about it, and two others are seriously considering adding one to their Christmas gift list for their partner,
