My wife has a bad shoulder that really gets sore. The design of this unit allows her to get the massage balls to the right area. She is really enjoying it.

My mother has slowly become more disabled over time and was having serious trouble getting in and out of a normal sofa/chair. This item came in 2 parts (back and seat/arm rest unit). Very easy to connect together, lovely quality leather. Big buttons, easy to use for those hard of sight. Now my mum gets to enjoy watching the telly and chatting in the sitting room with people without having to ask for help giving her the independence she so badly missed. Just remember not to put this up against a wall, leave at least a 2 foot gap for the reclining back

Absolutely fantastic. Purchased for my sick father and he loves it. I couldn't believe the quality and it looks so much more expensive, arrived a day early. Would highly recommend.

An excellent value for money chair. My dog love's to sit between my legs when the heater is on. Lots of pockets for the remote controls. All round a good purchase.

Mu husband has it permanently in the ute, he reckons all utes should come standard with one of these. Fantastic for people who have to be on the road for a long stretch, gets blood moving. A bit too noisy. Not very convenient to use on the passenger side but possible. Thinking about buying one for my car.

Really impressed with the quality of this chair. The heat and massage functions are fantastic and the different functions on the chair are great. Plenty of pockets in chair including 2 drink holders so all in all would highly recommend buying this chair especially with the price it is a real bargain!! Overall I love my new chair
