Was concerned when I read some previous reviews but must admit I had no problem at all. Delivery was in a timely manner and the product was exactly as described. All of the visitors to my house also like it. Very relaxing and with the heating feature, great for lower back pain. Highly recommend

This chair really surprised me. It gives a really amazing massage and is great value for money. My only criticism would be that the feet don’t push out a little bit further. Tall people may struggle to get comfortable in this chair. The 3D Rollerson the SL track do such a good job that you definitely realise how nice it would be to have rollers in the calves instead of air pillows. The neck massage is amazing once you work out exactly where you need to lay for it to work best. The heating is a nice add on, as is the Bluetooth speakers. I was really surprised how well this chair actually works for the money. Shout out to Belle in customer service who went above and beyond for me when my original item got damaged in transit. Belle had another item shipped and on my doorstep within 24 hours.

I have received my massage chair and it was very easy to set it up and use it. The material quality and design is very stunning. sitting on the chair is very comfortable and relaxing. Turning the chair on is very easy and using the the monitor is very easy as well. Once you turn it one you can feel the massage chair scanning your body, after finishing scanning you can feel the massage which feel very good and relaxing

I originally ordered one of these mats to see if it would help relieve some of the pain I had in my body and it did my partner bought one from another retailer and didnt even come close to the quality of this mat everyone who used it loved it hence why we purchased another 3 as present for people
