This is a lovely mat with multiply uses I did actually buy this item for myself not my dog as I am suffering from the heat and wanted something to help regulate my temperature, I am able to place this in the fridge to make it real cold. If by chance I decide not to continue to use this mat my dog can as it is highly durable.

I have found this item to be a god send. previously my hens were wasting their food all over the floor of the hen house, now they eat what they want without spreading it everywhere. It took a couple of days training till they could operate the mechanism themselves and I only have to fill up every 3 days.
