My first order arrived with a crack in the plastic, but was replaced free of charge and very swiftly. Good small dog toilet, easy to clean and my puppy got the hang of using it pretty quickly. The artificial grass is of good quality, and the price was excellent. Recommended.

Nice large mat for my medium size dog. Heats up well and is easy to clean. I would like the controller chord to be a little longer so that the controller can be mounted away from the mat as my dog loves to chew the controller. Otherwise good value for money.

Great item. Has kept my dog nice and warm throughout winter. I would have liked the chord to the control panel to be longer so that the control can be put away from the mat so that my dog doesnt bite at it. Otherwise, it is a good buy.

Was fairly easy to build - just take not of the instructions and separate the "bolts" into groups of A, B, C etc. It is much taller than I expected - Mel loves sitting at the very top which is almost eye-level with daddy. Daddy is about 5'8"! My only issue is it might be harder for an older cat - Mel is only 4 - to get up and down easily - maybe add a custom ramp. But Mel loves it and your cat(s) will too. Pic is of him sitting at the top on his snuggle rug. I actually bought 2 so has one in the living room and the bedroom - though he still likes sleeping on my bed but during the day loves looking out the window from it.

I bought 2 of these (one for each dog) and they seem very happy with the product. The best feature i would have to say is that it is washable. There is a zip that allows you to take out the inside, wash the outer shell and basically put it back together. Easy. The only thing i can fault is the lack of stuffing in the base. They both went very flat after the first sleep. However, because it is easily removed means i can replace it as i see fit.

My cats are loving this cat tree. Unfortunately the item was damaged in transit. The box had obviously been dropped and the corner of the base had been broken off. While it has not affected the use, it was disappointing. Overall the item is good quality for the price and sturdy. The design could have been thought through a little better. The large platform with the box type enclosure is quite challenging for the cats to reach as there is no point below for easy access up (ie. the cats need to jump out beyond the platform to get up). I would love to be able to add a second 'hammock' type bed to this as my two cats both enjoy use the one that is included. I would recommend this product as good value for money.

I received the product before the anticipated date. The product works well for my Maltese cross Poodle. But this size would be too small for a bigger dog to get their head into the trays. Good value for the money. Easy to use, easy to clean.
