We received the scratching pole within a week. It is very solid and well made. It was also easy to put together. The cats love it. We have an older cat that has trouble with normal scratching poles, getting from one level to another, but the stair approach on this scratching pole is a brilliant idea and he mastered it straight away. Both our cats are large cats, over 7 kgs, and the scratching pole holds their weight - without tipping over when they jump off it. The scratching pole is not that tall, about 120cm, but I didn't want it very tall, so I was happy with the height. I was happy enough with the product to purchase a larger scratching pole for the younger cat.

When I ordered this on line, I was being very reserved with what I would receive - you just can't tell with buying some things on line. I would have to say that I absolutely love this dog bed - great quality, very fast postage speed and my two furbabies love it too. Would be good if it come with an extra cover - for washing purposes - wash one - the other is on the bed - that way you don't need to find an alternate bed if the weather isn't good. Am really thinking about purchasing another that is how much I like it! Well done

Awesome product and price. Very well made. Crate is large enough for a big dog. easy to move or erect and change around.invaluable for our dog after back surgery.still using it 3 years later. Still going strong.

Glad my friend turned up easier to use a drill, took less than an hr (drinking coffee more) fast delivery, i got it for my cats very happy with it

Great heat pad! Not so hot, it is very warm, just great for the winter. And my dog Max really like this heat pad~
