I am so very happy with this product. It's exactly as described and way better than I expected. The product came in a tidy and sturdy box that will keep all the pieces orderly. It also has a spare grinder head. Too my surprise it was super quiet I had to check that it was on. It will be perfect for my fussy doggie. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with this product. Bed arrived in good condition and awesome timing My dog loved the bed (she always loves new beds) so did the cat, however fell apart within weeks and couldn't fix it as zip broke Not impressed at all
