Memory foam does what it is supposed to do. At first I found it not to my liking. But after giving it a fair go, I am liking it. However, If it were made slightly softer I would five it 5 stars

no prob's with shipg, but found the pillow's to be extreamly high ,even when compressed when sleeping , ,(both of them ) , so my wife had to take out some of the memory foam filling ,until they were the right hight , so we could get a good night's sleep , and no neck pain ! and also found bit's of "other" rubish in amungst the foam , (not that bigger prob)
