Solid. A lot cheaper than the 1200 they wanted for local hardware one. I have used both on many occasions. The only difference i have noticed is the shogun one is not as smooth in the brake or extension bars. It looses a little paint when you pull them in and out.nothing that slows you up on the job. Feels as heavy duty as rental ones from gyprock just not as smooth. Who cares when all you want to do is hold a sheet in place. Lifting action is same as rental one.Grab one. Happy days
