This panel lifter is a solid unit and gets the job done. I used it to install a gyprock ceiling and also used it to install an attic ladder. Im giving it 5 stars even though it came with some small issues because they are easy fix or adjustable. For the price its great and it works.A couple things I dont like about the panel lifter. It was very hard to open the tripod and I could not lock them open so I tied them just to be safe. Also when lifting the panel its got a little metal thing on the shaft that I think is for locking the lifter it gets in the way but can be moved out. Also the extra pipes for longer gyprock panels insert into the side of the lifter but one of them would not insert all the way in because it looks like the weld is slightly off. It still inserts enough to use but I could not insert it all the way in when I want to put it away.Great buy. If you need a panel lifter this one will do fine.
