the steamer itself is too heavy to hold with our hands and its not a good idea to use our fingers to push the trigger all the time when we do the cleaning. the extensions handles is not strong enough at all to for the mopping. after using it once my hands fingers and arms have been sore for more than a week which never happened before for me doing any type of mopping. my husband also hate to use it for another time. not recommendedby saying that i am happy that i got my refund bace quickly though.
