I purchased two units one for each cat and one works perfectly. The other dispenses sometimes and not others. The bowl can be completely empty and the recorded sound will play but no food comes out. I know itrsquos not jammed because if I press the button to do a manual feed biscuits will come out So I have one very happy cat and one sad cat. Both units have been used since mid-August doing two feeds per day. I love the convenience but wish the second unit worked I will repurchase and hope the new unit works.
