  This 500um pool blanket appears to be more substantial than the previous 400um blanket that lasted only 2 seasons. The 500um blanket is seam welded previous only stitched and bubble design looks better than before. Only issue was the originally advertised size was 0.2m longer than what was supplied and consequently a shorter fit for my pool but otherwise ok. Time will tell if this products lasts longer.
