I dont think there are any cons to this pillow it has such a soft texture to it. It literally makes you wanna sleep when your head touches it. Ive recommended it to many of my friends and family. It allows you to have a great sleep. I havent had back problems since getting this pillow. Will definitely be ordering more for my family so they also have quality sleep
