  Itrsquos very big to sleep with but very good for awake hrs a few soft pillows on top and your all set for a days reading in bed

  Great quality very versatile and worth every penny for the comfort this provides.I use this foam for my back but also to raise my calf muscles for blood flow. it is better than having crunched up pillows as support

  when this arrived it was so small but when i unwrapped it and left it overnight it expanded. love how firm it is and great support for my back when im sitting up in bed reading a book or watching tv.

  I have several health issues and injuries and I was told to try and sleep upwards more and purchased this to try. My sleep apnea has calmed right down and I dont wake up feeling so tired anymore with low blood pressure and nearly passing out I use a pillow with it still and its a very comfortable sleep. I definitely recommend to try this for an alternative if you have sleep apnea I only have mild and it worked for me that an embarrassing mask You can buy two of these pillows and put it at the end of the bed where your head is underneath to keep the bed raised. I am breathing so much better now sleeping Thanks Crazy
