There is so much you can do with this block bench step. It was originally purchased for a friend as a gift to add to her home gym set up she used it for a few months but I have ended up with it lost a total of 23kg using it in multiple ways every second day for 20 minutes. Get your imagination going like doing pushups off of it dips etc etc.. I love it.
This is the second one of these i have bought I gave mine to an elderly friend for a caravan step because the width and depth makes it so safe.I have missed it so much I would hop on during the day and it was great for my arthritis i cant do without itso i am a happy old lady again. THANKS GUYS
Bought these at a much lower price than most brands and found them very durable and quite good quality. Easy to set up and good to use.

I have recently had an ankle fused and am now in rehabilitation. I need to exercise slowly building up over a period and the ability to raise and lower the height is great for me. I love it and it was reasonably priced
although this item was a fitness product i bought it to help people get into and out of the community vehicle i drive as most of the people are aged and in firmed.great product for this purpose
