I used to think air fryers were BS. I wasnt convinced that they could fry food as good as a deep fryer or oven. But after reading dozens of reviews and trying this one out Im hooked It really does roast and fry as good as these appliances It is really easy to use but it takes a little practice to get just right. Turn the food regularly to help it cook thoroughly.The only criticism I would give is that theres very few recipes in the instruction booklet. Thats it aside from that it cooks food beautifully and Ive pretty much completely stopped used my oven because of this air fryer----which means Im using less electricity too. Its awesome.
