  I just started smoking meat last summer and this product works great just like others stated in their reviews. I am glad I bought this well worth the money and has held up wonderfully thus far.

  Easy to set up easy to clean and works great. This unit has two cooking racks. Each rack is big enough for a beef brisket. I smoked a brisket and two chickens the first time out. Once you get the coals going just throw on some wood chunks or chips and let it go. The brisket smoked about 10 hours chickens about 4. I had to replenish the wood chunks every couple of hours and I added charcoal once.The meat was very juicy and the flavor was great. Cleanup emptying the charcoal and water took about 5-10 minutes. Very happy with this.

  What a great purchase. It was easy to assemble this smoker and I smoked 2 briskets the next day. The heat was easily controlled with adjustable vents on the top and bottom. Highly recommended.

  This little smoker has been awesome. Stays at temp perfectly -- almost 12 hours on original fuel. You can definitely feeed 4 ribs and a 12 pound picnic roast fits perfectly. I lobe this little guy.

  Great heat management once you get the fuel size figured out. Use more unlit charcoal than you think you would need. Does run hot the first few sessions until seasoned well. Great value and easy to break down and clean.

  Great smoker There are small kinks that are fixable. purchase a gasket for the door and also buy a hinge for the top so it opens much easier

  Husband absolutely adores his smoker. Hes smoked everthing all summer and swears he may never go back to his charcoal grill again Must buy the maxkon Smoker cookbook to accompany it. The book gave him complete confidence to use the smoker.

  Best smokers out thereI am a novice smoker and this thing makes it impossible to mess up smoking. The air vents allow you to control the temperature exactly where you need it. I have many friends who have the standard side box smoker and their wood and charcoal will just go critical and start on fire because it is not sealed. Also they use at least 2 times the amount of charcoal that this uses.It is nice that it has the silicone ports that you can insert your probe to get accurate temperature.I have smoked briskets baby back ribs pork shoulders on this and all have been delicious You will not regret this purchase
