Love it. Chooks love it lol was easy to put together. Took a couple days for the chooks to work out how to use it but when they did we had a little laugh
These feeders are a great idea and work for a lot of people. I love the idea of less waste and no access for rodents and other backyard birds such as the pigeons.For my girls it was very difficult to teach them to use it. I looked up different ways to teach them and tried a whole bunch out. It just didnt work for us. I didnt end up not using it in the end. The foot stand where they need to stand to open the lid was glossy and not ideal for little feet to grip onto - particularly when first stepping onto something new. It could do with a little bit of a design review to make it a little more chicken friendly.
I definitely recommend this feeder if you have a bunch of chickens and want to keep your feed fresh.
It takes a while to get the chickens to trust these feeders enough to use them but if you are patient and follow the makers instructions they will get it.
it has saved me a lot of extra feed in waste by the chickens but more important from all the squirrels and rats that were devouring it.
Easy to assamble and works as expected
Greet way to keep food dry and clean.
Excellent feeder. Best thing Ive purchased for my hen house.
