When this product first arrived I complained about the lack of good instructions and I still hold that view however after I had figured out how to operate it I was very pleasantly surprised. I injured the muscles in my right hip and nothing seemed to help until I used this device and I must tell you it is really great. I have used it every morning now for five days and my hip has almost healed although I will not stop.
