Great for chronic back pain sciatica and whiplash. It gives a spinning squeezing and compressing neck massage. The back and seat are both very stable. The massage cushion comes with an attached remote controlThe chair has several massaging functions. It has both lower and upper back massagers and you can have it do only one or both at the same time.
