Instructions are horrendous but as others have said it is easy to work out. Quality is ok. Nothing special but more than adequate for the price. Pretty much what you will find in pet stores.Not great for really small finches as the gaps between the metal frame and cage wire is bigger in some places so small birds could get out. I had to tape it up as losing birds is not an option. Perfect for Zebra finchesbudgies size and up. My tiny finches have plenty of room to fly around so overall I am satisfied.
