  I use this automatic feeder to feed my cat small meals throughout the day. It works pretty well. I use the wall charger to power the machine so I dont how long the machine stays powered through batteries. You can set up to five different meal times the time format is in military time fyi. It can hold up to about 5lbs of cat food in the storage container. FYI whenever the power goes wall charger operated the machine will reset itself to the factory setting when it comes back on. I wish that it would remember the previously saved data that I entered but it doesnt take longer than a minute to set up so it isnt a big deal. The only thing I wish was that there was a chart included that told you how much in cups each portion size was. That would have been really helpful when I first started.

  This works perfectly. It is super easy to set and delivers food precisely at the scheduled point.The recording of the voice is terrible but it works and my pet is not afraid of it although it sounds like a strangled version of me hahaha I would recommend it for sure. It has changed my life and my pet

  I love this feeder. I havent needed to personally feed my cat in over 2 weeks and now he gets fed 5 times a day instead of twice a day. The programming options are great. You can choose between 1 and 5 feedings a day. You can select how much food for each feeding measured by an arbitrary serving size and the time of each feeding. For example Buckys feeding schedule is 130a 2 servings 630a 1 serving 1100a 2 servings 430p 1 serving 900p 1 serving. The 7 total servings equals the 2 scoops of food I used to feed him per day. You can also program and record a feeding message but the recording quality is terrible so I just muted this feature. Something to note youll need either D batteries or a source of USB power to power it.

  Simple enough to operate but difficult to clean. Also a poor design in general took my cat only few minutes to realise that if she pats the feeder with her paw the food will come out This should be fixed so the food only comes out during feeding time and theres no way to just shake it out.
