I am IN LOVE with this mirror it is perfect It is well lit only a mild shadow of the small round lights if one is in a room that is back-lit from above and I love the dimming feature. I have not attached the magnifier as I only need that for a few moments - I prefer to keep my mirror lights unobstructed - and I love that it is detachable The size is perfect as I can see my full face when applying broad makeup or close-up for details. It is lightweight and not bulky at all. The pivot head feature is also ideal. I am not sure how long the lights themselves will last I hope for a long time but this mirror is quite fantastic Highly recommend
