This is a great costume My son has autism and this is great for him to wear as it for him feels like hes wearing just normal clothes. He put the hat on and was so happy with it too Yes the doctor accessories are cheap but this is a Halloween costume were not expecting quality doctor toys. They will definitely work for his birthday
