Great customer service

Product was shipped on time and arrived safely. However there was an important piece missing from the box. I sent a query about the missing part and I cannot speak highly enough of the polite and very prompt courteous follow up. emails were signed off by Ivy. If I have to have any criticism it would be that there is no telephone contact number listed. Still very happy with the product and the follow up service..well done
