Waste of Money...please dont buy it

It is imposible to use this mop at all..as the mop cloth comes off the mop head as soon as i put it on the floor to glide...i tried to pull the string as tiet as possible but the thing to tighten the string in the moo cloth is loose itself...so doesnt hold onto mop....Although i couldnt use it at all...will propbly never be abke to....but there is another thing that i noticed was...there is no mark for max or min steam tempreture...so it is completely confusing....Please buy some other better steam mop....its a complete waste of money for me....
