Loved using this steams really well love that it comes apart to use as a hand held appliance cleaned up my kitchen bathroom tiles beautifully. Only downside as I see it the nylon brushes are a bit flimsy - especially the tile grout one so is the handle when using to mop floors. For the price though it is excellent
