I bought this item as a gift for someone who is a bit of a "Bah Humbug" type but theyd just been released from hospital after defying death. I decided this tree was simple enough that it didnt go "over the top" but "Christmassy" enough to bring some happiness rouse a smile. Before I could "surprise" the aforementioned person they did something unforgivable. I was so angry upset that I drowned myself in Christmas "spirits" tripped over the box. Fearing I may have broken it my spouse assembled the tree to check it still worked. We were really impressed with the bright lights but it looked a bit sparse so we added a vertical line of tinsel between each line of LED lights it looked fantastic We used it as our Christmas tree instead of the one we bought the previous year.
