The customer service team is prompt in responding but the process in communicating the issues is too complicated for me having to upload videos to explain the doors to the cabinet didnt fit exactly and hit against the top of the frame when closing. The instruction manual is a blurred photocopied piece of paper that does not explain clearly how to assemble the item. Fortunately the customer service staff managed to send a video instruction which was so much clearer.
