The most comfortable chair I have ever had, especially for the neck and upper back region. It requires a bit of upper arm strength to work the leg rest so if you are disabled in that way, it's no good

Ok pros. Supreme comfort, so padded and comfortable, the massage function with heat is amazing on my Back (severe arthritis in my spine). Compact little chair, but big enough to be seated comfortably. Love the swivel function and who doesn’t love a rocker. Cons. It is rather low, I need help sometimes to get out of it, but I am old I guess. Leg rest, no matter what we do will not stay up or click into place, pushing the back to recline while putting the leg rest up requires more strength than I possess, if the leg rest would stay up it would be much more convenient. Still just for the comfort I would recommend it.
