This water filter is great easy to put together looks good sitting on the kitchen bench but best of all the water tastes lovely.

as soon as I received this item, I put it all together and put water in. as soon as some come through the filter I tried it, I think tastes sweet an clean. I'm very happy with the unit and I'm saving money.

Very happy with this product. The water tastes so much better and very easy to install. The instructions are quite vague and be prepared for the water to drip through very slowly but filling up overnight seems to solve the problem of time. My only advice is to soak the filter in a bucket of warm water for about an hour(not 30 mins as suggested) and then shake it in the water to get the air bubbles out. Looks good on the bench and easy for everyone to use.

Firstly, the 16L 8 Stage Water Filter is easy to assemble and keep clean. The base is rather large though (about 30cm diameter), so you will need to allocate some space in your kitchen for this item. The 8 stage filter does a great job filtering both tank and town water. With a total capacity of 16L, if you keep it topped up, you will always have plenty of clean water to drink, put in your kettle or for cooking. The tap is a little clumsy, but you get used it. With the 2 spare filters (good for 6 months or 5000L each) this water filter system is great value when compared to similar products. Note: For best performance, soak the filter before use to reduce air bubbles. My only regret is that we didn't get one sooner ;-)

This unit arrived in Nov 2022. First used around 12 Dec 2022. Initially this unit which I bought for dehydrating chillies worked flawlessly. The second time I tried to use it in early Jan 2023, the unit failed to stay on for the time I set. In fact it would generally only stay on and heat for around 1~2 minutes. I asked for a refund and after I cut the power cord and showed pictures of the unit in the garbage bin did I get my full refund. The refund only took a few days before appearing in my account. I think I was just unlucky and got a bad unit. Hats off to the team at Crazy Sales for their prompt email replies and returning my payment (plus freight). Good job lads. Just do the same for the rest of your customers if they have genuine faults with any of your products and you will gain both their respect and appreciation.

Much impressed with how this type of cooker changed preparing snacks like hot chips and toppings on a slice of bread. The rotating cage is pure pleasure with store bought frozen chips, eventually finding that the 1kg frozen chips fits neatly inside, set temp to chips and 35 to 38 mins plus rotate, and when done a quick simple snack for the whole family. Beats watching 3 or 4 batches in a modest oil fryer. Also drying food stuffs like chilli, the rotating cage allows for a lot to be done at once, rather than spreading them out in thin layers. However I found sticky soft wet fruit pieces doesn't work well in the rotating cage for drying.

The quality of this urn is better than one might expect for the price. It heats fast and it is light to carry around. The stainless steel is not as thick as more expensive products, but so far I am very pleased with my purchase. It is used where we need very hot water to sterilise coffee brewing equipment and it excels in this task.
