I have recently had an ankle fused and am now in rehabilitation. I need to exercise slowly , building up over a period and the ability to raise and lower the height is great for me. I love it and it was reasonably priced

This boxing bag is made of tough material . It isn't too hard when punching . Comes with a strong chain . it's well worth getting for training and exercise

I am currently doing Jenny Craig and it is in the middle of summer in Far North Queensland. I am therefore able to exercise in the comfort of my air conditioned lounge room in front of TV. It is a great product especially for elderly people who can step as much or as little as they please if and when they please.
