Works as stated and good computer info. However, mechanism does not run smoothly, and is still uneven with the resistance backed right off to zero. Takes a little while to become used to the different pressure ratios that are encounted with each revolution.

good for the price,some of the assembly was a bit difficult due to none of the parts having matching numbers to the instructions,purchased as early xmas present for my son,he is very happy with it but side curls are difficult for average sized people [170cm]

Product sturdy but very disappointed that I am unable to increase the height. I would recommend to anyone who only wants that height, but I would assume as people get fitter they would want to be able to raise the height. I was hoping if I purchased a second step I could use the blocks off it to increase the height of earlier purchase.

too bad I never received my first order. It got lost in transit. my 2nd order of the similar item, appear to be never delivered. Don't know what to say, but I wish I never purchased or dealt with this shop.

While the overall quality is good, the advertising that this is a multi station bench is poorly worded and it should be in the kids toy section! I bought it mainly for my legs but it is impossible for me to get a full range of movement on any of the exercises except the press. Even then, I have to remove the butterfly arms to avoid hitting my arms on the supposed hand grips, which themselves are so close to the bench, I could only lift them by placing my elbow joint under the foam arm pads. Absolute waste of time putting it together and now I am stuck with a gym machine that is 99% useless to me. Oh well, someone somewhere will be getting a free Genki Multi-Station Bench Press with Weights. Shame really, I thought the concept was excellent, but the reality is far from a machine that is usable.
