It is powerful and cleans effectively especially on grouts, not so effective with the glass cleaner as it doesn’t have any cloth attached. The triggering switch is quite stiff and It can get quite hot on certain part of the handle. The nylon brush couldn’t withstand the heat and was already slightly deformed on first use. Instruction manual could be clearer. Overall a useful, light weighted tool at a good price.
