Couldn't wait to power up and begin. Quick to charge, brilliant to use. So easy and efficient. Lopped the many branches hanging over our communal driveway without having to balance on a ladder which was not viable nor wise as I'm 2 weeks away from a total knee replacement. Made short work of the offending branches which are usually caught up by delivery trucks and then trim them down to fit into the green bin. The chain did become loose, but it had come off the drive sprocket and was easy to fix. Best purchase ever. My new toy.

Arrived in good condition fast! Tried straight away and with or without the extension it worked well. Be a lot better with 2 batteries not just the 1
