This unit works well and seems to be within noise specifications. The variable speed is a bonus as I am using it with ducting to transfer air conditioning from downstairs to up stairs.

I was a bit sceptical but decided on trying this out. What a pleasant surprise. My husband wanted something for his Mancave now in winter and he loves it. Before he was using an airconditioner on heating - but he prefers this as he can have the heat directed on him an also the room heats up. Haven't tried the cooling part of it as yet. Contemplating getting one for inside the house.
