Product was shipped on time and arrived safely. However there was an important piece missing from the box. I sent a query about the missing part and I cannot speak highly enough of the polite and very prompt, courteous follow up. (emails were signed off by Ivy). If I have to have any criticism, it would be that there is no telephone contact number listed. Still, very happy with the product and the follow up service..well done!

Seriously impressed with the quality of this little solar pond pump set, the solar panel is way above what I was expecting, very easy to set up, would definitely recommend this pump to friends and family.

Solar fountain works as described. If you expect a 2m gusher then this is not for you. BUT, its adjustable fountain patterns were easily tailored to my application to give a very effective enhancement of my smallish water feature. Of particular note was the ability to adjust the height of the spray head to suit the water depth. Depending on cloud cover and positioning of the solar panel, it generally operates from mid-morning to late afternoon. All in all we are very satisfied with our purchase.

The wishing well was easy and fun to assemble. It looks the part, and is a great ornamental addition to the garden. I am very happy with it, though one day I might paint the roof a different colour from the rest of the well for contrast and a better effect.

Great product , can't wait to get the large wagon wheel and the bridge to complement the well.makes the garden look great.

The blurb says 175l/h but max is actually 170l/h according to the leaflet in the carton. But still it's a good enough buy at the special price (not the full price) and so far it is working. Took a little while to get delivery happening - I had to prompt them actually. Smaller than I imagined but soze don't matter if it does the job.
