My new Ice Maker is AMAZING. So glad we bought it. Very easy to use and hubby had no hassles plumbing it in. Makes great ice cubes, NOT the bullet type [with hole in middle] that other machines offer. It makes ice so quickly, and keeps it very cold we had a full load in no time. It looks stylish and is not noisy, we love it!!

The ice maker is realy great

Fantastic little unit. Sits nicely on the kitchen bench and because of its stylish stainless steel exterior looks like it belongs there. Very reliable and quiet. I have never run out of ice since getting this including a recent BBQ with friends where it was put through its paces. I found it very simple to set up and very easy to operate. It is fast, efficient and reliable. I am over the moon and delivery was fast and efficient as well.

The ice maker is unreal. WE have it going all weekend and most of the time during the week. The scoop makes it easy to get the ice out. The viewer allows you to keep an eye on things. Great purchase

This ice maker produced ice cubes very quickly. It is a little noisy while producing ice cubes. The ice melts quite quickly in the storage area, so the machine has the refill itself quite often. The drain hose should be insulated as condensation could be an issue in some installations. Easy to operate and clean. The door to access the ice is very flimsy. I have installed the unit as an under bench unit, easy to install.

Received the Maxkon ice maker/water dispenser yesterday. I chose to use the manual method of fill over attaching to tap. Created ice quickly enough, the water becomes cooler after the unit has made ice. I emptied the ice compartment approx: 4 times in a 7 hour period when it showed the full symbol and transferred to the freezer for extra supplies. I bought this to entice the kids into drinking more water and because we all enjoy lots of ice with water and any other cold beverage. If you like lots of ice, then perhaps consider an ice only option which yields large amounts. This unit will be handy as it's easily accessible and simple enough for the kids to use.

We are currently residing in a small unit which can only fit a bar fridge so ice making is not an option. As summer approaches I bought this for afternoon drinks and cocktails A great little unit, quiet and can pump out a good number of 'cubes' (bullets?) in half hour or so
