This ice maker is a replacement for a smaller unit that made ice only. This unit providing cold water and ice is a hit with my wife. The unit is slightly louder than the ice only unit but not critical. Very pleased with quantity.

unit is very easy to use will be great this summer especially since i don't have air conditioning kids will love it will help to keep them cool

The ice maker overall does a pretty good job of what it is designed to do. The only thing I would pick on is there is a slight metallic taste to the cubes (this could be because it is new). If you need a lot more than a few kilos for a party, just start making it a few days beforehand. Place the completed cubes in freezer bags in freezer. For the price point it is reasonable.

This wasn't as big as I expected but it is very efficient and does the job.It has been a great purchase.

I bought one of these ice making machines yesterday when it was suppose to be the Crazy sale of the day. By what I understand, the crazy sale of the day is suppose to go for 24 hours only. I paid and extra $21 .65 for delivery. And tonight I see that the sale finished at midday, but it is still the same price $199 and now you are offering free postage. How can this be fair to all the loyal customers. Why should we even by the crazy sale of the day, when the next day it is cheaper. Crazy Sales need to look into this as I have read before that this has happened to many customers. If this keeps happening, you have lost me as a customer Crazy Sales.

The commercial ice machine is brilliant. It provides ice quickly and is easy to use. Is compact for the quantity of ice it produces. The size of the ice is ideal for mixing with drinks and for chilling the esky. We have saved so much money already. We have recommended the commercial ice machine to all our friends and customers.

I have no idea - my machine had obviously been dropped and was broken when it arrived. so disappointing as it was a birthday gift. Shattered.........
