The product works well similar to TENS process. I have had instep foot pain from a rolled ankle injury for some weeks now. Tried the massager and got instant relief, however this appears to be a long term treatment, as pain slowly returns. The only drawback is that the manual is very basic and does not explain what each 'mode' applies to or which mode number applies to what condition or body part. More explanation please!

Great massager for my back pain, but the delivery time was long. it took 5 days to arrive.

I'm a little surprised as to how well it works, that is, generating a good amount of hot steam and outputs more steam than a conventional sauna for the maximum one hour time limit per session. Setting up wasn't too difficult to figure out, be prepared for the tent to jump out and unfold of its case like a jack-in-a-box! Manual could have been better translated. You can use essential oils (aromatherapy) however the manual instructs to stir that in the water in the steamer chamber. I used a water soluble oil however it seemed to make the water evaporate a lot quicker and the unit cut out about 35 minutes in. Maybe I used too much. Pure oils may work better in the steamer however placing a water soluble oil in the white pill box is a much better way of doing it, providing a much more intense and longer lasting steamy aroma within the tent. I'm disappointed that I paid more for the sauna than what it is advertised at now.

My son has waist aches. and says this was the best gift ever as he gets and this helps a lot trouble so does everybody else in his house love it.

It's great so far. Fits my work chair. The heat is perfect for the days my office gets so cold.
