Google the benefits of Sauna and you too will want to Sauna daily. I'm 182cm tall and still fit in this Sauna Ok, Though the chair is a tad too small and the hood cover gets in the way I can still recommend this unit for a good Sauna. You can use a chair of your choice and discard the hood. The lid of the steamer unit cracked after half a dozen uses for no known reason and was replaced quickly at no further cost. Unless you do physical exercise to the sweating extent that this sauna produces on a daily basis then you need this Sauna.

We are very happy with the car seat cushion , can put it in the chair while driving . Was disappointed to see a similar model the next week for half price .

This product is great value for money except that the when you require a gentle setting on level one it feels exactly the same as level 3. All pressure is the same no matter what level you choose. But customer service from this company is great. I would recommend this product to people only if they were aware that there is no difference in the pressure for the different levels.

There are a couple of things about the table, the head rest doesnt lock in, also the smell of the table is terrible, its got that awful fume smell from cheap stuff that comes out of China. Hope it doesnt hang around.....
